"The fact that dogs are allowed was crucial for us. A water and food bowl set and a dog bed had been placed in the room before we arr. Staff members were very helpful and pleasant. All front desk staff could speak English, which made things much easier for us, as we just moved to Vigo and know little Spanish. I called emergency number and the wanted that I'll wait till 8am. I didn't agree and demanded to provide the room. After long conversation he called another woman and she told me which room I can take. So check in information provided by hotel isn't correct. The hotel overall is ok, clean rooms, not so many amenities, the parking inside the hotel, the complimentary breakfast was good enough, a/c in the room doesn't cool enough"
