The hotel is in a great location with only eight rooms ,I believe.It has no immediate access for vehicles or parking so you will have to wheel your luggage to the entrance which is a short distance from the main road. Beside this minor inconvenience the staff is wonderful and will help with everything including your luggage from vehicle to room and back ! Special mention for Isabel at the front desk whom is very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to about everything ' Porto '.

If we ever make our way back to Porto, we will 100% be staying here again! The property itself is so beautiful; the design choices are perfect. Pool and outdoor area are great as well. What really makes this place so great is the staff. EVERYONE was so helpful and accommodating. Every time you walk in or out someone is there to great you. It made our day :) Thomas and Krystyna are two great employees, just to name a few! Thanks, G.A. Palace for an unforgettable stay!

Central location - within 10-15 mins you are by the river, and just a few minutes away from the famed Lello library and Sao Bento station . It is steps away from the Aliados metro - which is great if you are taking transit to/from the airport. The room was clean and quiet which I appreciate. I like that it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Would happily stay here again.
