The service was excellent, as well as amenities. We lost power during the first night, though we got it right back. Staff was friendly, breakfast service was excellent. The hotel has direct access to the beach, nice bar area with music, and beach seating. The staff was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms had good AC and comfortable beds. However, the showers were not very nice. There was no hot water and the shower had no shower head when the water came out. The spa was also under maintenance and they had not alternative option. I had to go to a different hotel to get my massage. I probably will not stay here again.

En general es un buen hotel. Malo que a la hora de ingresar nos cobraron el IVA y si bien estaba en la condiciones debería incluirse en el pago total. Las habitaciones son estándar. El baño regular. Positivo que hacen aseo todos los días y que el hotel tiene restaurante, café, sauna, tueco, spa, heladería y boutique. Las piscinas son amplias y limpias. Esta bien mantenido.
