The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the AC but some how the AC only worked certain hours. At night was very hot but no AC. I called front desk many times but no help

Expensive for what it has to offer! Beware they charge for everything extra including stuff that should it be included for a 4 star hotel. If a visit to the pool is in your mind be ready to pay for a towel, plus charge of 3euros for a swimming robe and also an extra 1.50 for a Swimming cap(bring your own to avoid charge) they are obligated. Also something that is unacceptable for a 4 star property is that they ask for deposit in cash in case none of those are returned back! Will not go back to this property. In my modest opinion this hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. Extremely disappointed!

Beautiful location in the top of the mountain. Far from the city so if you want to be going to diferente cities this might not be for you. But for nature lovers that want to enjoy the mountains it’s amazing.

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent. It is a long drive up a twisty road but obviously beautiful views once you reach the top. Not much to do in the area but great for an afternoon overnight. If planning to stay there be sure to drive a little bit further past the hotel up the road to access amazing views.

Relaxing atmosphere, delicious food.
On a solo bicycle tour of Portugal, this hotel was one of the highlights. Cool mountain air, beautiful views, good price and excellent food and wine. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great traditional style ski hotel, The staff really make this hotel that little bit special, and the rooms a generous size. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Cozy place with accommodating staff
I went here to hike the Serrra Da Estrella mountain. They recommended a tour guide. The hotel was fine for a one night stay, but I loved the all you can eat food buffet and the kitchen staff was amazing!

The hotel decor is lovely, very impressive and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was overall comfortable. The bathroom had hairs everywhere! There was a thick layer of dust on the hairdryer and the the radiator in the bathroom. The breakfast was good - plenty to choose from.

As fotos eram muito melhores que o hotel - ele está sem manutenção, o quarto em que me hospedei era bem menor do que eu reservei. Os móveis estão extremamente gastos pelo uso, parece bem abandonado. Os funcionários são cordiais, mas a limpeza tb estava média.

Très bonne accueil, très belle hôtel bien situé pour faire de belles balades, chambre confortable petit bémol le frigo faisait du bruit et dans la salle de bain il y avait une odeur pas très agréable.

Excelente Hotel na Serra da Estrela
O hotel é realmente incrível, o atendimento, localização, limpeza. A piscina com ambiente climatizado é maravilhosa, o café da manhã excelente. Tudo perfeito!
