The room was clean and perfect for our stay, as well as being dog-friendly. The park opposite provided a convenient dog walking area. The evening set meal was served in the bar area, rather than the restaurant, which was fine. The food was good, and excellent value, and the house wine was delightful. In all, this was a perfect choice and we shall use this hotel on our return journeys."
