* No Parties, Events, or Schoolies: To maintain the home to an immaculate standard for all guests, strictly no parties, functions, buck’s/hen’s gatherings, or Schoolies bookings are permitted under any circumstances. Bookings are subject to standard guest identity verification.
* Sleeping Arrangements: The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 dedicated bedrooms, with capacity for up to 14 guests when utilising the 2 additional roll-out beds and modular couch (best suited for children or teens).
* Fresh Linens & Towels: All professionally laundered bed sheets, bath towels, bathmats, and tea towels are provided and ready on made beds prior to your arrival.
