"Read the entire description as I was led astray and booked because it had a pool. Only to check in and find out the pool was seasonal. On the Expedia app you had to scroll down forever to then find the “small print” of SEASONAL pool but didn’t say when or other info. Felt duped into booking as the sole reason we picked was a pool for the kids. Room itself was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Hallways had a pungent smell but rooms did not. Very conveniently located and easy in and out."

"Hallways smell very strongly of perfume. Entered room, it smelled musty. It eventually disapated. Beds comfortable. High traffic noise. Not enough plates and utensils for 5 in suite. Only for 2. Price was a little high. Over 300 for a Friday night. First day, got locked out of our room for an hour because keys didnt work Zero compensation for the trouble."

"The person who checked me in was on a phone call, didn’t hang up just put his cell phone down. Rushed me, didn’t give me the correct info. Treated me like an inconvenience to his phone call. As a result I wasn’t made aware of an extra fee. The person I spoke to in the morning was combative and not very accommodating until I explained my experience. The mattress was expired, it was sagging and damaged, so I woke up with a headache and bad back. The breakfast is painfully early. It should be until 10 am at least. "
