"The place was clean and had all the basic needs in the kitchen. Great location to all different parts of Louisville.We would stay here again."

"Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. "

"I will not recommend !!! The place was clean and you see what you get in the picture. We found two roaches while in our stay there and tv doesn't work, no wash clothes. The biggest thing was the coach broke and dropped on my foot. I was in pain and foot swelled up. I call the owner no call back but a text. They told me that they had no ideal it was broken. Many scews and replairs to it and the other side of the couch is being held up by a 44. I also looked in review on the place and there was a post about coach being broke so they lied about not knowing. I ask for a refund and no reply. I have stayed in alot of Vrbo places and had not problems until now."

"Location was in a nice quiet area, property was decent, inside was decent hottub and backyard could use some cleaning and going thru but check in and out was easy. Overall if i was staying around louisville i would stay here again."

"Overall, the rental was fine for a 2 night stay of our group of 8 people. The neighborhood is safer than it looked upon first arriving and we had no issues with neighbors.The house itself has a lot of space and was clean, but could use some TLC. Those staying upstairs liked the bathroom and said it had great shower pressure. The downstairs shower had some issues getting the hot and cold water to mix out of the main nozzle. We chose to stay in Jeffersonville vs Louisville because of this property's hot tub amenity and the large dining table. Unfortunately, the previous renters broke the hot tub. Tyler was a very kind and responsive owner, and spent the duration of our stay getting a new one installed, but we couldn't use it until late in the evening on our last night. And then after about an hour, the power tripped the circuit breaker, so it was unusable again. Neither situation was the Owners fault and we appreciated his efforts to get it back up and running, but ultimately we didn't get to enjoy what was the selling feature of this property. Tyler agreed to a late check out when I asked, but others in my group felt we should have been offered some kind of discount for not having full use of amenities. "
