"Such a great place for our family of 5 visiting Louisville. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy access to everything. The property was super cute , clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with property managers were a breeze . Bonus snacks were waiting for us and had a great family trip "

"The under curtains in the room were ripped. There was hair everywhere. The linens for the pull out couch had hair in it. Under the sink in the corners of the floor it didn’t look like it was swept. The faucet in the tub leaked consistently. The AC unit sounded like a loud truck engine when it kicked on. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of egg pancakes that you just heat up. Not a very good selection of food."

"There were three couples in our party and we had more than ample room. We hung out on the second floor for most of the stay as the living and kitchen area on the first floor was too small for a gathering but that was not a problem. We had no issues with parking or finding the home. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. This was a great location for siteseeing and felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Very clean, front desk was friendly, nice little kitchen which we didnt use as we were only there 1 night but long term stay would be excellent. Towels & provided soap, shampp, etc were a step above the average hotel. "

"I will not recommend !!! The place was clean and you see what you get in the picture. We found two roaches while in our stay there and tv doesn't work, no wash clothes. The biggest thing was the coach broke and dropped on my foot. I was in pain and foot swelled up. I call the owner no call back but a text. They told me that they had no ideal it was broken. Many scews and replairs to it and the other side of the couch is being held up by a 44. I also looked in review on the place and there was a post about coach being broke so they lied about not knowing. I ask for a refund and no reply. I have stayed in alot of Vrbo places and had not problems until now."
