They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for...

"Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. "

Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...

"First they couldn’t find my booking. Without proper information they told me no room available. They were very rude front desk staff don’t know how to handle customers & online bookings. It’s Hotel officials fault as well as Hotel.com doing business with them Without any proper papers works. Hotel stuff told Us without hotel consents they using theirs name on their platform. My opinion hotel.com not safe to use for your travels booking with when you travelling unknown country’s 2 hours & 30 i was on the phone with Hotel.com to sort my booking they were told me they will arrange another property for me how bad is Hotels.com. My personal experience & Suggestions not to go Hotel SEA WORLD Coxbazar. Customer service behaviours & management people were very rude disrespectful none of the staff were helpful all of them uneducated Please do not do business or stay with them for your own safety & respect."
