"It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. My opinion hotel.com not safe to use for your travels booking with when you travelling unknown country’s 2 hours & 30 i was on the phone with Hotel.com to sort my booking they were told me they will arrange another property for me how bad is Hotels.com. My personal experience & Suggestions not to go Hotel SEA WORLD Coxbazar.
