"Room was clean and very spacious. Staff friendly when we checked in. Breakfast was great! Hot! And a good selection. Parking was right outside our door even with a late check in. My only concern was we were charged by both Hotels.com and the hotel itself. Waiting for that to be rectified. So watch your card! Otherwise, a great experience with this property! "

"Everything was great except the shuttle. I was able to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel my first night. When I was checking in I asked about the shuttle for the next day and was told no problem as long as I’m within the time it runs. Next day I call in advance for the shuttle and there’s suddenly no shuttle available the whole day. Why advertise and even tell me there’s an airport shuttle when there isn’t? The only reason I booked is for the airport shuttle. Next time I’ll book somewhere $20 nicer with a reliable shuttle. Hate getting lied to by companies. "

"The under curtains in the room were ripped. There was hair everywhere. The linens for the pull out couch had hair in it. Under the sink in the corners of the floor it didn’t look like it was swept. The faucet in the tub leaked consistently. The AC unit sounded like a loud truck engine when it kicked on. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of egg pancakes that you just heat up. Not a very good selection of food."

"Far too expensive for what they deliver. We had to call 4 times to get someone up to free up the corridor from loud party guys at 1 am, they even nocked on bedroom doors. The breakfast was dry/over cooked. Not to repeat"
