"I hesitate to say anything because I’d like to keep this place a secret. It’s THAT GOOD. Everything about it is to die for: the views are stunning, beach is swimmable with tons of space to spread out, no crowds, no noise, close-by to two different towns with restaurants, bars, and resorts. It’s easy to fill your days with activities or simply do nothing, but we enjoyed the do-nothing days the best."

"Gina the host is so welcoming and helpful. She booked several activities for us , horse back riding and pool side massages, both were fantastic and she also got us our first groceries.Directions and instructions are clear and she was promptly responsive to any questions. The meals provided by Chef Lucy were great! And Ramon was excellent, always available and responsive to any questions. The house is great, spacious and nice layout for sharing. The kitchen is well stocked. The outdoors is nice with a pool and hot tub and it is right on the massive beach that is great for walking and going in the ocean. It is a very relaxing place and the near by town is good for restaurants and grocery. A car is required. We all had a fantastic time!"

"I rarely write reviews and am somewhat reluctant because I don't want the secret to be out on Casa Koch. That said, this house is absolutely amazing and Gina and Greg are hands down the best hosts. Everything about the house was perfect and the amenities were above and beyond. The beach is one of the best in the east cape and La Ribera offers a very chill and local vibe away from all the Gringo craziness. I have stayed in many rentals over the years in Baja and this is by far one of the best. Thank you Gina, Greg and Ramon for all the hospitality and for making this is a very special and memorable Christmas vacation. until next year ! The Baczko and Andrews clan"
