"Everything was as hoped for: a welcoming, quiet getaway for my family. We had a wonderful time here. The host(s) were all awesome. Never had an issue. The only thing I would like to see in the future are blinds and/or curtains on the windows. It was a bit uneasy having an open window in the direction of another cabin. Even that still wouldn't change our opinion on everything!"

"This is a gem of a cabin that we really enjoyed on our short family trip. The listing really undersells that great stream that is adjacent to the cabin. Several really nice swimming holes and lots of fun walking up and down the creek looking for critters. It was hard to keep my son on land! A great place that we will visit again!"

"We really enjoyed this home. It’s in a great location with several hikes nearby. Close to the Appalachian Trail. Monticello & Shenandoah are an hour away. It’s a very peaceful property. It’s very well stocked. Kuerig with k-cups, some seasonings, salt, pepper, etc. Little things you often don’t find in VRBOs anymore! The host was great with communication and checked in a few times to make sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It’s tucked in a peaceful area right next to a beautiful stream with clean water—our kids spent hours playing and absolutely loved it. While it’s about a 30-minute drive to the nearest store, it truly adds to the quiet, getaway experience, so we recommend bringing what you need ahead of time.The cabin itself was spotless and very well stocked with essentials, including K-cup pods, ice in the freezer, trash bags, towels, and more. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, this is a perfect spot. We would definitely stay here again!"
