"The cabin was absolutely great. Very relaxing and far enough away, but at the same time close to many outdoor activities. Two adults and one child stayed and the cabin was a perfect size. Everything was clean and new and the area was very quiet. We spent all of our evenings on the balcony facing the creek lostening to the running water. Jerry and Chris were very personable and it was good to know if we needed anything they were ready.We will definitely be back. "

"It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay, in a beautiful setting along the Tyre River. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. And we were able to enjoy visiting some wonderful natural sites nearby (Crabtree Falls & the Natural Bridge). Our thanks to Margaret and Kenneth for opening their wonderful cabin to us!"

"Really nice tranquil cabin with a porch and fire pit overlooking a little river. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was a great size. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans. Coffee k cups and creamer and sugar was provided, which was so nice. Surprised my husband with this trip for his birthday and stayed with our 3yr old and 2 dogs. Multiple cabins on the property but they’re thoughtfully placed so that each cabin renter has their own privacy and space and view of the river. Cabin had everything we needed, even firewood for a fire and access to grills with propane. Owner was friendly and communicative. Really enjoyed the closeness to multiple nature parks and trails and breweries, wineries, and distilleries. We also really enjoyed seeing the state fish hatchery too and there is Montebello Resort close by that allows for fishing without a license as it’s private. A lady at Montebello did say that unfortunately the fish prefer cooler fall weather. The nights and mornings relaxing on the porch watching the river go on by were so rejuvenating. Thanks for a great stay."

"We just pulled back in our driveway after an amazing 2 days at this little slice of just absolute bliss. Cabins were new, the bed was comfy and nothing beats walking barefoot through the stream or sitting around the fire pit. Gorgeous views when the sun burns through the fog in the mornings too. We're definitely coming back! We were there with two other couples and you wouldn't even have known. The pollinator garden was a nice touch too. hank you! "

"We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! "
