"We were unable to stay at this property due to an issue with the hot tub so they offered us an alternative accommodation which also had a hot tub. The accommodation was ok, but the hot tub was dirty and when we put the jets on, lots of small black dirt came out so we didn't use it. overall a disappointing experience "
"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. "This was such a cute little trullo in a quieter location, away from all the tourists, but still very close to the main trulli village. Very easy to find and check in. It was charming and homely, and the little welcome gifts were thoughtful. It's very near the church and I did not mind hearing the bells chime every 15 minutes, that was part of being there."
