"This hotel is a disgrace exploiting people who because of the Iran war had to change flights. The Moxy offered neither a cancellation nor a change of date. Quite shocking and may well affect my use of Expedia in the future. I lost £78 on this booking. Hotel initially said they could change the booking if the change was done through Expedia but when Expedia approached them that could not be done without penalty. "Stayed as a lone woman with my young child. Hotel felt very safe. There is a 24hour reception service and the hotel entrance is locked with key card entry after a certain time. The lift access to the rooms also requires key card access. The location was brilliant. Mainline trains, Subway, busses and loads of kid friendly restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a supermarket for essentials across the road. The room was very clean and kitchen suited our needs perfectly. TV had kids channels and a little desk which was adopted as a drawing station. We opted to have the hotel breakfast. Good selection of healthy and treat items for both adults and kids. Only downside was there were no bed guards available. I also don’t think it was clear that the rooms aren’t cleaned daily as standard. This wasn’t an issue for us. I’m happier that nobody else is accessing our room. You could however pay l extra for the room to be cleaned etc. Over all very happy and would stay there again "

"Brilliant location, room view over river clyde and bridge. Right in centre but quiet. Discounted car park 3 mins away. Easy to get and out of the city. Rooms were spacious, high quality and comfy. No fridge but has a safe. Highly recommended. "

"Breakfast seemed a little chaotic - limited space for the number of residents, but good choice of cooked, continental foods. Chairs at dining tables need re-upholstered. Bathroom very clean but would benefit from modernisation. Staff welcoming, and friendly. "
