"Location was great. Perfect size for me and my two tweens. Unit is comfortable and the deck was quiet with a northeast exposure. Property was a little tired but plenty of parking. Kitchen was very small but well appointed. There is a hot plate instead of an oven/stove, but again, perfect for us. We grilled and used the hot plate. I didn’t like that the fridge was a very small, hotel size unit. It just wasn’t enough space since we enjoy cooking while we vacation. Also, the hide a bed mattress was not very sturdy. Fine for kids but I don’t think it would work for an adult. We will look forward to staying again (and bringing a cooler)"

"There was fuzz/lint on the floor outside my room for three days, not sure how that was missed. As always the bed and pillows are hit or miss but you can't please everyone. The staff behind the counter was most helpful."

"What a great home. All the bikes and SHARC passes were frequently used. Great location and responsive owner. We shared the home with 2 large families and we had no issues, Plenty of space all around. This was our first time to Sun River and we will be back to stay and this great home!!!"
