"The hotel is clean but a little tired. The lift had broken down on the day I arrived which meant climbing about 70 stairs up to my room on the 3rd floor. Bed very comfortable and en suite rather small but everything needed was there. Staff helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast. Limited ..."

"Only downside is lack of hotel parking. Having said that we loved the hotel. Staff were lovely left you in peace but were there if you needed something. Our suite was really lovely with a great view and the use of the thermal spa a great treat. Will definitely come back again."
