Lakefront, amazing views, boat rental

Beautiful Lakefront property on the Lake of Egypt in the Shawnee National Forest. Property is pet friendly and inlcludes a fenced in yard to the water. Property includes boat dock, deck, lower and upper patio with seating, outdoor charcoal grill with many other amenties. Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas.
Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat dock, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. Sit outside by the fire under a pergola.
The space
This lakeside retreat on The Lake of Egypt offers the most beautiful sunset views. Watch the sunset from your own private dock, under the pergola by the fire, under one of two covered patios or see the sunset from inside the home relaxing on the couch. Guests will have access to two kayaks. Pontoon boat is available for rent. The house has two full kitchens, 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bathroom. The kids room has a loft bed and desk underneath. The main level offers a King bed. The lower level offers a living room, full kitchen, one bedroom with a full size and a trundle, and a full bathroom. Plenty of space for the whole family! Welcome to the Lake of Egypt and enjoy the lake life!
Guest access
Bring your own boat or there’s an option to rent a pontoon. Guests have access to neighborhood boat dock next door to the house. Enjoy swimming right off the dock. (Swim at your own risk) owners are not responsible for any accidents.

The best of Lake Living!
Lemonade Paradise is just that. It is a break away from worries and responsibilities. The Lake House had everything from fire pit to hot tubs to kayaks and bags. We celebrated a graduation with close family and friends and it was fabulous. Slept 6 super comfortably and we could’ve slept more. Really enjoyed working with Lance. He was responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. I wish I found it earlier during the first three years of my son’s experience at Carbondale. Really enjoyed working with Lance. He was responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. I wish I found it earlier during the first three years of my sons experience at Carbondale. Big day! The pontoon boat runs well and is best for relaxing cruises, also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. #LemonadeParadise #NokoLife.

Amazing lake house!
The pictures online didn't do this place justice the lake house and view were amazing. My family had a great time, and we're already looking into dates to come back. The owner was also fast to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this lake house.

Wonderful place on the Lake of Egypt. Lots of space and places to sleep and cook and relax. Big parking area. Very private. Owner was gracious and responsive. Worked out great for whole group. We came from 5 different places from around the country. Would stay here again when in the area.

Great experience on the lake. Wonderful deck. Great sunsets. There was a bald eagle in the tree in the yard overlooking the lake. Comfortable beds. Great hot tub. Clean kitchen and baths. Amazing owner communication.

A great way to practice for retirement
When life tells you that you’re turning another year older it’s time to take your furry friend and go to the lake. We had a great time fishing and practicing retirement at this beautiful home with a view. Our host was very prompt in answering our questions and meeting our needs. The home provided us with all ours needs and then some. We highly recommend giving this a try. Thank you for being a pet friendly host.
