"This apartment is clean and attractive. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Decor is attractive. Furniture is comfortable. Some small repairs are needed. The apartment complex is old and dated. This unit is downstairs of another apartment and we could hear footsteps from above. Parking is limited."

"The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. "

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. About a 15 minute walk to campus. A nice comfortable home away from home without being crammed in a hotel room. We...

"The manager lives on property and was extremely welcoming. We will for sure use this property again!!! We loved the hospitality we received. We didn't utilize all the services but the court yard was very beautiful and quite. "

"I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries."
