Spend an unforgettable holiday in this charming holiday home with private pool in the northern part of the Adriatic. The house is located in the small picturesque fishing village of Martinica, on the island of Cres in the Kvarner archipelago. Start your morning with a swim at the pebble beach below the property or take a dip in the pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The perfect combination of spaciousness and modern style is underlined by clean lines and bright colours.

The ground floor has an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area and upstairs are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the living room you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with pool, sun loungers, lounge area and covered terrace with barbecue, which invites you to dine al fresco. An outdoor fitness area awaits active holidaymakers behind the house. On the lower part of the property there is a house where the owners live. Discover the island of Cres and enjoy its advantages, the beautiful beaches, good food, boat trips and cycling and hiking tours.
