"This was a wonderful rental experience! The walk to the beach is super short and a very short drive brings you to anything you may need (restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, bakery, mini golf, bookstore, convenience store, etc.). The room was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked! Towels and sheets and toiletries were provided, the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and worked great and the kicthen was super clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies and dishes.
Check-in and check-out were easy and communucation through email was detailed and easy to understand!
We will definitely be keeping this unit in mind for future trips!! Highly recommend!!"

"Comfortable, clean, well-appointed condo in a great location with a **parking space**. We were very happy as soon as we arrived. The place was exactly as described and was kitted out with all the helpful items. We did not cook any large meals, but it appeared that we could have if we had wanted. Everything was new and fresh and we were comfortable staying in when we were not exploring. The true star, however, is the location. We were located right near the beach access so we could go back and forth to the beach and shops easily. Parking is in a covered space beneath the building.,Check in was handled by email and went smoothly. We did not need to contact the owners during our stay.Additional comments (not complaints): 1) There are two flights of stairs to the upper floor and no elevator. This was not a surprise as it was clearly pointed out in the property description. But still - probably not a great choice for some people. 2) We did not see or use washer/dryer facilities - again, they were not listed in the property description. 3) There is a learning curve with the TV/Spectrum. We got it eventually but finally realized we had to reboot to get the cable box working. 4) Stick to the Keurig not the coffee maker. :) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
