"Spacious accomodation for our family of 5. We booked one of the bigger units for a quick 2 night stay. Everything was great - unit was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast. Laundry on site was helpful also. The tvs in the units are a bit dated and don’t allow for log in to streaming services which disappointed the teenagers but they survived … overall a great stay "

We had everything we could need, including plenty of hot water and a very convenient location for anything you could want to do the area! "My friends and I rented the house for my bachelorette weekend and we had the best time! This house was perfect because there were lots of gathering spaces both inside the house and outside on the deck and beautifully landscaped backyard so we could all spend time together no matter the weather and also plenty of space for us all to unwind with some alone time. There were more than enough beds for everyone and they were comfortable and clean. The pool and backyard was definitely the highlight of the weekend! We all loved relaxing on the lounge chairs, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking dinner on the grill, and doing cannonballs into the heated saltwater pool!!The location was also great because the house is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to lots of restaurants, stores, and entertainment on route 1. We went to downtown Ogunquit two of the nights and had the most fun singing karaoke and dancing our feet off! We highly recommend Patio 03907 in Ogunquit for delicious food, strong drinks, welcoming and friendly staff, and beautiful views of the water!The host, Kevin, was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions both before and during our stay. He even allowed us a later checkout time which was a huge help! This property was the perfect setting for the most unforgettable weekend and I can’t wait to come back someday!"

"Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. However, even that key didn't work well and kept getting stuck in the door. One appeal of this property was it's "dog friendly" policy. This enabled us to bring our dog (great right?l. Not really. My friend spent the first evening wiping urine off the baseboards left by a previous tenant. We called property management and they said they would notify the property manager about the urine on the walls and the leaking air conditioner. Yes, the AC couldn't be used without creating water damage on the furniture below it so we opted to keep it off. We really thought our problems would be resolved, but they were not. Our final straw was when we discovered the powerful odor of human urine in the shower. Absolutely foul. Best part? Leaving."
