"Very very pleasant staff. Easy parking. Antique building so to be expected some compromise. No outlet in bedroom for phone by bed was frustrating, though. Very noisy old window units, Bathroom was disappointing: Goos hot water, but claw tub with flaking exterior paint, no stopper to take a bath, curtain was a thin white liner to which scissors were taken to make a cutout for faucets. No real shower curtain. A little (inexpensive) updating would go a long way. Good location. Good hot water"

"Perfect vacation spot w family. House was roomy and comfy and a short walk to an amazing beach( probably nicest beach weve ever seen!) The caretaker came by and gave us his number and was easy to contact. Comfy for kids and pets ( we appreciate uncluttered houses)Great dining in the area, fun location.You can hear the ocean from the house and the backyard view is wonderful. Having a pool was a plus. Also great showers w lots of hot water!There wasnt much info w the house—how to get to the beach, how to use devices, what is expected for checkout -but that was the only notable thing. Otherwise a perfect vacation spot"

"We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Laura’s! The home is even better than the photos, with thoughtful touches at check-in including fresh flowers in every bedroom, supplies for s’mores, and great recommendations on where to find the best fresh lobster! We loved our mornings and evenings on the back deck and kitchen had everything if you want to cook - from a cozy breakfast at home to a full lobster boil. The house has everything! Location is great - easy access to Kennebunkport and the beaches, but hidden away in the woods to feel quaint, quiet, and private. Traveled as a family with adult children and house is a great set up, was very clean, and even accommodated our pup, which made it perfect. We’re already planning to return next summer!"

"This property is all about the location it is really lovely. There are things with the house that need improvement which I sent to owner. For the price that is charged I think there’s room for improvement. It is always a beautiful spot that’s hard to beat. I would say that if you have people that like dark rooms there’s only 2 bedrooms with full window coverings. So being blackout curtains unless that changes. It’s extremely bright in the morning."

"This property was lovely in many ways - it was set privately in a nice neighborhood. The home did have a well equipped kitchen, however you would need to bring all your spices, trash bags, napkins, etc. I feel these essentials would help a guest. The ice makers do not operate, so bring plenty of ice. The king suite is amazing - the other bedrooms are very basic. We had to purchase hangers as there were wire hangers and not many in the closets. I would recommend adding comfort to these other bedrooms, especially if you are sharing with another family (pillows, etc.). Also, we had to bring beach towels and beach chairs. The host was very accessible and friendly."

"Emily was responsive via text, providing helpful and timely assistance regarding a leaky faucet. She was both friendly and professional, ensuring her presence when the plumber arrived. The house’s location was ideal, allowing us to walk to bakeries, restaurants, a bookstore, shops, and the nearby playground. It was well-appointed with a stocked kitchen. The upstairs bedroom suite was perfect for our friends with an infant, as the hosts provided a pack and play. The bunk bedroom was magical for my three children, while the adjacent bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The decor, featuring gorgeous rugs, charming art, and comfortable furniture, created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, offering a perfect respite from busy summer days."
