"this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. "Beautiful Property, located near grocery stores and shops. We appreciated the short drive to Flagler beach. The Master Bed Was super comfy so im not sure why one reviewer complained about that. Our overall expierience was excellent. Peter, the host, was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again"
