Charming 1930's house only a few blocks from the St. Johns River!

Nestled in the heart of historic Welaka, you will feel right at home in this charming house, built in 1930. Within these rustic walls, you will find two bedrooms, one full bath, a family room and breakfast nook with a flat screen television, fully- functioning kitchen, WIFI, and two game rooms. The front porch game room allows for indoor activities such as cards and board games. The back porch offers seating and an air hockey table.
The house is centrally located. A couple of blocks away is the public boat ramp, where you can launch your boat for a fun-filled day of fishing, cruising, or swimming on the river. Afterward, you can tie up at Bryant’s Wharf, Welaka’s public boat dock. The house is only a few hundred yards walk away!
Days on the water are always busy and can make one very hungry! Shrimps-R-Us and The Log Cabin are all within walking distance should you feel the need to work out your sea legs!
The house sits on half an acre and is ideal for storing your boat trailer as you enjoy your vacation.

We were here for business, so not to much visiting the area but a great 1930's house with all the charm. Plenty of good restaurants and local store for food. Everything you need and more. I definetly recommend you will have a great experience.

Charming cottage

This house is better than described. It has the charm of an older home with modern amenities. Has enough room to sleep 5 comfortably. We needed to be in the area and it could not have been closer to our event! Very easy to understand instructions for check in and check out. The host was easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. If we need to be in the area again - this will be our "go to" place to stay.
