Any problems must be reported on the day of check-in. Guests must give host a reasonable amount of time to resolve the problem, conditions permitting.

No fireworks. $500 fine and grounds for removal.

Only 8 cars in driveway. The rest can be parked 3 minutes down the road at the public lot.
