I liked the friendliness of the staff. Although I liked the “safety”aspect of having to use your hotel key to ride in the elevator, that was negated when I saw hotel staff using their key cards to let in people off the streets to go to the rooftop bar.

The views are nice. The room is more simple. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Definitely just 3.5-4*. The late night snack area is a nice feature though.
