This was a last minute booking after our thomas cook disaster. The resort was excellent, both swimming pools were well kept and clean. The bungalows we stayed in were spotless and fully air conditioned. We hired a car as the resort isn't close to much and saved a fortune in taxi fares. The food was good we had full board for the first 2 days but as september finished the resort began to settle down and we found both restaurants closed. We had to eat off a set menu for the night which wasn't the best. We had a fantastic stay and we would return. The negatives really is a welcome pack for all pools and restaurants would be much better. Im sure in the height of season this wouldn't be a problem but for us it felt miscommunicated. Its a spanish resort but it is wonderful and other than making things clearer in a welcome pack, i would give this place 4/5.

beautiful clean place.

Beautifully clean bungalow and pools, facilities were great - you do need a car to go out to eat or travel to nearby towns as the food is ok at the campsite but not amazing. On site supermarket is good. Staff were great at reception and bars. Noise levels are a bit high from neighbours, but pools were fairly quiet, plenty of sunbeds available. Wifi was good at bungalow but never worked in public places. Will definitely return.

Good with minor caveat

Great stay overall. Some staff members at the spa reception desk were not courteous nor welcoming, however. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay at this campground resort.

The property was very clean and towels and bedding was spotless, there was a lot of condensation in the morning on one of the windows that was dripping down the walls . We had to request a kettle and extra pillows. But the staff were very helpful and provided everything we requested without question.
