This bright and comfortably equipped holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home in a quiet hillside location in Crikvenica. With 52 m² of living space, it offers two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open living area with a kitchenette, dining table, and an additional sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for up to four people – perfect for couples, families, or friends who want to spend relaxing days on the Croatian Adriatic coast.A highlight of the accommodation is the 20 m² covered terrace with a magnificent sea view. It is directly accessible from the living area and invites you to have breakfast outdoors or enjoy relaxed evenings overlooking the water. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV ensure pleasant comfort. The kitchen is functionally equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and refrigerator. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the stay.The holiday apartment is part of a house with a total of ten residential units, located on a fully enclosed property. A private parking space is located directly at the house. A baby bed can be provided upon request. The use of a communal washing machine at the landlord's is possible for a small fee. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.The house is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery, only about 700 metres from the sea. Das Apartment fanden wir sehr gut

Das Apartment fanden wir sehr gut. Es hatte alles was wir brauchten und war sauber. Die Entfernung zum Meer mit 1,1 km ist nicht sehr weit, kann aber zu Fuß für/mit kleinen Kindern eine kleine Herausforderung werden, da es doch sehr steil runter bzw. auch wieder rauf geht. Der Vorteil dass, das Apartment etwas weiter oben liegt ist der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Ruhe, und mit dem Pool hatten die Kinder auch ihren Spaß. Die Eigentümerin lebt unten im selben Haus, war immer erreichbar und sehr Freundlich.
