The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace.

The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
