Whole Villa is on the ground floor and can accommodate max. 8 persons.
Consists of fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room with glass door connected terrace where you will find another dining area with barbecue and on deck a Jacuzzi and sun loungers.
In the living room there is a sleeping couch for 2 persons. There are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. Two bathroom of which one is en suite. Private parking on the grounds.
Air condition, WiFi, Sat TV, Jacuzzi, parking, washing machine, grill are included in the price.
Pets are allowed, extra fee per pet per day.
Final cleaning is extra charge.
For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters (young groups).
It is strictly forbidden to organize any kind of party in this house. Smoking is not allowed.
Guests are obligated to respect all the house rules.
