Charming holiday flat for 2-4 persons with a wonderful balcony and view of the Kvarner Bay. This top floor flat is located in Dramalj, only 500 metres from the sea. All rooms, except the bathroom, have a view of the sea.
The 45 m2 are divided into an airy living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with natural ventilation (window). The highlight of this flat is the 20 m2 covered balcony, which has a sea view and the usual balcony equipment as well as a flat-screen TV. A charcoal barbecue is available on the ground floor of the house. The private car park is located behind the house directly on the street.
