The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, three gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and satellite TV. Additionally, the kitchen leads out to a terrace.

The apartment offers a bathroom/WC combination.
