Built in 2017, the modern villa offers all essential comforts. The flat, fully fenced 2,700 m² property ensures your privacy. Relax in the heated 12 x 5 m pool and sunbathe on the large terrace. An 80 m² pool house with summer kitchen is ideal for meals together. You can also enjoy a pétanque court, ping-pong table, and bikes available for rent. A carport and large parking area are provided for your convenience.
