"Understandable it is a rental property and things are going to get worn down. Its time for this place to get fixed. It could be a really top notch little place. Example weeds overgrown, holes in drywall, shaky dinner table, stains in furniture, carpet. No control over furnace? Linens and Kitchen were clean It was doable for us.
