Modern Private Suite - Walkable Central Location

Enjoy your newly remodeled private suite with off-street parking and private entrance. Ideally located on the Westside with a 10-15 min walk to historic Old Colorado City breweries, restaurants & shopping (or a 2 min drive!). 7 min drive to Garden of the Gods. 5-10 min to downtown Colorado Springs with the new Switchback FC Soccer Stadium, Olympic Museum, Colorado College, & more!

This entirely separate suite is attached to a house with full-time residents. Because of shared walls, there is a chance you may hear the adjoining family, and because we live in a busy neighborhood, you may hear an occasional loud vehicle drive by as well as neighborhood pets.

For your safety, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm and exterior cameras on premises.

Location, Location, Location!

Excellent location to all the local points of interest. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and extremely clean and maintained. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Place! Great Location! Welcoming Host!

Beautiful place to stay. Super close to all the major attractions we wanted to do. Victoria is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed to the coty and her home. We(2 adults) stayed for 8 nights and we were plently comfortabe in this apartment.

CO Springs

Loved our stay here in CO Springs- the location is unbeatable, the VRBO is the perfect size for a few days with a friend/partner. Note the cooling is a window AC unit, but we had no problems at all during May, when the days and nights are cooler anyways. We’d definitely come back and stay with Victoria again the next time we’re in CO Springs! Thanks for having us!

Small but comfortable

Property was just as advertised. Although small, the suite was great for two people. It was close to many areas such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Olympic Training Center, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. There are many restaurants and bars in Old Colorado City.

It was cosy and clean!

We are a small family (2x adults, 1x baby) who were very comfortable staying here for a week. The key positives from our stay was the helpful and welcoming hosts, the cleanliness, a driveway space for our hire car, walking distance to the old town which had a decent selection of bars and restaurants. Although we didn’t use the AC, it was available along with a heater and ceiling fan to keep the room temperature comfortable. We would gladly come back again, and thank the hosts for a lovely time at the truly cozy place.

Great for a long weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a small fridge/coffee maker etc. so we picked up a couple of groceries for when we weren't out and about. The neighborhood is great! Short distance to go exploring and we walked to get coffee and dinner a couple of times. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you!

Hiking Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cozy Cove! The location, though residential, was just what I had in mind. I walked every day to Colorado Ave. for breakfast and coffee. The downtown Bancroft Park area has lots of little stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops to choose from. Loved the breakfast at Bon Tons, coffee from Jives and Mimosa Flights from OCC Brewing. Drove to the mountains for hikes. Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs. Cheyenne Canon Park and Garden of the Gods all within 20 minute drive! I plan to come back!

Taking in Pikes Peak

Victoria is a wonderful host. I had trouble getting through to her on VRBO but then we just texted. The Cozy Cave is just that. Very clean with lots of space. Bathroom was recently remodeled. We had trouble with the streaming but Victoria came over and fixed it for us. This location is close to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak.

Wonderful spot for a couple looking to explore Colorado Springs. Short walk, or shorter drive, to downtown old Colorado city. Quick drive to both pikes peak and Garden of the Gods. The space was small, but both tidy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends, and will stay again if we return to the area.

Cute comfortable VRBO

We were pleased at how easy it was to get to our destinations from this very comfortable home. If you plan to cook, and eat meals there are limitations, but we used the microwave and drank the coffee provided. Overall, we had a comfortable place to come back to after sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable!
