This house was a great place to stay for our group of six. Everyone had their own bedroom and three bathrooms was a big plus for our ladies. The house was very clean, comfortable and pretty. The amount of communication was perfect. We hope to stay there again next year!!

Clean home and quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to Ark, wineries and bourbon distilleries. Close enough to visit Cincinnati and nice to have common space to visit with friends vs staying in multiple hotel rooms.

We booked this house in order to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was perfectly situated between the two, an easy drive to each. The house was great for 6 people. The back deck was nice and relaxing, too. I recommend!

We took a family trip to see the Ark Encounter, and stayed at the Crittenden house. It was even more beautiful and spacious than it appeared, in a quite and lovely neighborhood. The whole process involved in booking, check-in, and check-out was easy.

Very clean - nicely decorated - abundant living, entertaining, and gathering spaces. It was the 14th year of a girls trip (girls over 70) and we all thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Beautiful decor! Great home with plenty of room! Downstairs was a surprise with the separate living area and additional bathroom! Might want to bring some cooking supplies if you are planning to cook there, was a challenge with limited pots/pans, no crockpot.

The location was right between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Science museum so it was very convenient. The size of the house was great because we had one family (5 people) upstairs and Grandpa and Grandma downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the sound transfer was great, although the kids were in bed early so maybe not an accurate statement for everyone. The place itself was good. The kids enjoyed the hot tub as it wasn't too hot. We had to buy ping pong balls (we left them for the next people) and the paddles are pretty rough. Son in law is a builder which came in handy to fix little issues with loose doors and other minor issues. The place obviously gets a lot of people through but was still not bad. We would stay again.

Very spacious accommodations. Great for family with kids. Perks with starter supplies was a plus. Ease of communicating by text was very helpful. Only wish we could have used the fireplace during our stay (didn’t realize it was not included)…little chilly downstairs. Had plenty of dishes and silverware, but needed better cooking utensils and pans. However, it that did not cause regret for our stay.

The house matched our needs perfectly! If I had a complaint it would be that we couldn't find the light switch that turned on the light over the table. The ping-pong table was a big hit...maybe a couple board games would help in entertaining during the down-time. Over all I guess I don't have any real complaints. Thanks for your attention to the details!

Very pretty. Close to highway. Super quiet. Some issues: light bulbs out; large stove pan is junk, please buy new one; many VRBO’s allow leftovers from previous guests like spices, flour, sugar, baggies, etc. That makes the visit *much* more enjoyable. VRBO’s all over the USA do/allow this. Jet tub in master bath had some brown scum that kept showing up??? It showed up 3 times. Please thoroughly clean. Otherwise very nice. Also, rear door entry device had issues with the buttons.

There were light bulbs out in the master closet and the upstairs bathroom. We requested replacements. No one responded. The floor rug in the upstairs bathroom was wet and smelly. We had to wash and dry it several times. The kitchen is very low on serving bowls. Only a small cookie sheet. No baking or broiler pan. One dish towel and one stove rag. Made it hard to prepare a meal. Very few towels and wash cloths. These things may seem insignificant but to a cook, it’s a lot. We would have enjoyed our stay more if we didn’t have to run the washer and dryer every day. It’s a very nice house. If I knew these things were taken care of, I would consider going back.

We booked a last moment trip with the intent to see Noah's Ark and Creation Museum with our grandchildren (ages 6-12) and their parents as part of their Christmas gift. We were delighted to find accommodations here. The place was spotless and smelled clean when you walked in the door. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew with plenty of room. The grandkids really loved the ping pong table! Everyone had their privacy, yet we were all able to eat around the same table at mealtimes. I am grateful to have brought my large electric skillet, instant pot and food processor, having planned specific meals to eat there 3 times daily. The cookware was not sufficient for our needs and it would have been a problem, if we had not done so. A few more mixing bowls of larger sizes would be helpful for future guests as well, along with some solid food measuring cups and liquid measuring spoons. The towels and washcloths were thick and classy. 3 bathrooms made life easy for us all. The only comment my daughter shared was to suggest tvs in the bedrooms. Personally, we were fine without that. They had 2 large screen tvs, one in the living area and the other in the nicely modeled downstairs. If we lived in this area, this would be a home I would love to purchase. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and clean. If we ever do another trip nearby, we will be checking to see if this rental is available. Thank you for helping 2 old grandparents make wonderful memories with the family.

We were visiting the Ark Encounter in KY and stayed in this lovely home. The house is a great size, lots of room and everyone had plenty of space. The problem we had was with the beds. The beds in the Master and downstairs were very hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on unyielding boards. We were only there for 2 nights. If we had been there longer, we would have opted to go to a Walmart and get an inflatable bed. Otherwise the home is lovely The property management team, Grand Welcome did not provide good communication on this home either. A week before our stay, we were sent an email which gave instructions and referred to the door code, but had no code in the door code section of the email, with no further explanation. I contacted them and was told we would get the code the day of our stay (this should have been in the email, but was not). No problem. But day of our stay we received a "Welcome" text, but no door code again, which required another call to management. And then another text from their local office with the incorrect property displayed in our "link" to our stay. So now a third call to verify the 1 bedroom/1 bath link sent to me was not the property we had rented for the weekend. Very poor communicators, with incorrect or no information. The property is lovely. If the beds were fixed and the management team represented the property in a more efficient way, I would highly recommend.

House is nice and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. Was not able to use the hot tub. I reported the dirty hot tub. They came to clean it the next morning bur the chemicals were so strong after the cleaning it was still unusable. Shower curtains were dirty and we killed 6 ants. Unknown where they were coming from. I would stay here again since these issues did not affect our stay. Overall this is a nice place.
