"Comfortable Large beds, high quality sheets. Relaxing environment all round from the room, the halls to the lobby. Mini bar is a bonus. It honestly is like a 5 Star Hotel and extremely affordable. Staffed 24hrs. My go to Hotel for City Stays."

"The check-in process was a bit messy as we were going to be late arriving due to our flight time; we were told different information about getting our key etc when the desk was actually open until 10pm and we picked it up just fine when we arrived! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, only to find out the shower was over the bath and ended up back where we booked so we could have a walk-in shower! Would definitely book car parking next time as the street parking was inconvenient and costly if we had been there during the week due to time limitations"

"Impressive refurbishment of the main facilities. All Staff we encountered were excellent in every regard. Suggestion : menus available to view on the TV in the room would be helpful. Looking forward to our next city staycation."

"Thoughtful owner had turned lights and heating on for when we came back to the room which was lovely as it was a cold night. It was quiet, no road noise - windows were covered adequately so no outside light came into the room."
