The Sykes Cottages customer service is appalling. No number to ring and the response time to the text and WhatsApp is ridiculous. The cottage was great but Sykes were not. Halifax House Apartments
Great central location and was ideal for us visiting family. Towels and bed linen spotlessly clean and apartment. Only negatives were entrance into it a bit run down, no teabags or sugar in pots which I would have brought along but didn’t as it stated they were provided and I didn’t discover this ...
