"When I arrived at 4:30am after a delayed flight, it looked like reception was closed. There was someone inside but the lights were out. Then they showed me to my room which at the time I said was ok - sort of - as I just wanted sleep. I only slept 4 hours as the room was very dirty on closer inspection and the mattress was so old the springs were sticking into me. When I got up and got dressed I realised the mattress was moldy too. I went to reception and asked to change rooms. I should have...
