Brilliant reception staff but housekeeping poor!
"We had two nights here, big comfortable room, hotel is easy to find and good car parking. Reception staff, I cannot speak too highly about them, they were brilliant when I needed them. However, as it was a two night day on the second day we got back to our room to find that towels have been changed ..."
