"Nasty rooms. Horrible maintenance. Found the ac leaking and they had buckets under it preventing from the water to fell in the floor. Bed base musty, dusty and extremely dirty BLACKKK!!!! NOT TAKEN CARE AT ALL. Bathroom smelled TERRRIBLE! And the toilet had stains of pee all over."

"We called to check if rooms had Keurig type coffee makers and we were told they did. They did not. We had one bar on the Wi-Fi the entire stay. Most importantly we did not feel very safe there. The slider doors did not lock very well and main door did not even fit its frame. We had to use a key to unlock and relock a gate leading to our room and were afraid if there were an emergency how that could cause a delay. There was also a gentleman that seemed nice enough in the room next to ours on the other side of the gate, but he was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet so that heightened our fear level a bit. There was also a club with loud music in the parking lot right outside our room area that played until 2am and lights on all night that came through the curtains so it was hard to sleep. A positive was the view of the marina. That was nice. Would I stay there again? Nope."

"It looked online like a reasonably nice place and we were hoping for a professionally cleaned and accommodations. We were disappointed with how unkempt the place was and did not meet our expectations. We made it work for the time we were there but had to clean a lot of things to use. We also fixed the bathroom door knob and some other things. They should probably be looked at again. Also there were no instructions for checking in or checking out, house rules and others. We hope you make improvements to make this place more friendly and clean."

"We booked this home through Vrbo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience—especially compared to what I’m used to. Starting outside, the front steps are uneven and missing stones, with no railings on either the front or side steps. My husband had to help my mother into the house because there was nothing to hold onto.Inside, the issues continued:The first floor slopes toward the side door.The vinyl laminate flooring is extremely slippery—I slipped in socks and landed on my back.We were told before check-in that dishes must be washed and put away or we could be fined, yet there was no dish detergent or paper towels provided.The bedrooms were not as advertised or expected:Mismatched, worn beddingPoor quality towelsOne bedroom had only plastic (Rubbermaid-style) drawers—no real furnitureBathrooms were extremely difficult to use:Jacuzzi tubs with very high sides (not accessible)Shower heads pointed at the wall—I had to climb onto a toilet to adjust oneMy mother had to lean against the wall just to get water on herThe bathroom mirror is mounted so high that at 5’3”, I could only see the top of my head (the picture is almost comical)Additional issues:The gate by the garbage cans is broken—free hanging and drops to the ground when openedCheckout instructions require trash to be taken to the curb after 6 PM, yet checkout is at 10 AM…unclear if guests are expected to return later to complyOverall, this property is poorly maintained, unsafe"
