Eine tolle Lage, aber viele Anlaufschwierigkeiten mit dem Vermieter

FeWo Direkt lässt nicht genug Zeichen für die ganze Rezension. Kurzfassung: Wollte einen Monat vorher den Vermieter anfragen, ob wir unsere Reise vielleicht um zwei Tage verschieben könnten. Unverbindliche Anfrage. Seitens FeWo Direkt keine Hilfe. Das Online-Formular ließ wenig Spielraum hinsichtlich des Betreffs der Anfrage. Vier Wochen lang keine Antwort des Vermieters. Auch auf Instagram erhielt ich keine Reaktion. Erst drei Tage vor der Anreise der Schock: unsere Reise wurde ohne weitere Rücksprache durch den Vermieter kurzfristig verschoben. Kontaktaufnahme: nicht leicht. Also nahm ich FeWo Direkt zuhilfe. Es war ein sehr stressiges Hin und Her über die nicht gut funktionierende App und per Telefonaten, bis wir schlussendlich doch unseren Reisetermin zurück erhielten. Als wäre dies nicht Ärgernis genug gewesen, informierte uns der Vermieter darüber, dass wir noch weiteres Bargeld für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung mitbringen sollten. ACHTUNG! In der Buchung war dies inklusive! Es folgte ein langes Hin und Her, wieder musste ich FeWo Direkt zuhilfe nehmen. Schlussendlich stornierte der Anbieter die nicht gerechtfertigten Zusatzkosten. Der Urlaub sollte der Entspannung dienen - dieses Hin und Her war das Gegenteil davon. Am Dunklen am Zielort fanden wir das Haus kaum. Erhielten nur ein Foto und den Ort. Keine Hausnummer. Sauberkeit war nicht so toll. Ausstattung gut. Danke für das Surfboard.
