This place is comfortable friendly and a great deal. I had a single room which had a small balcony with a nice view. No conplaints at all. Not luxury but just what i wanted for my overnight.

The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski area pass - this hotel is so far at one end of the area you'll never make it over to Les Arcs and there is loads of skiing in La Plagne

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel . The first was a week before on our road trip to Germany . We were impressed by all the staff they are so friendly and even remembered our dog on the second trip . The outdoor dining terrace that is next to the beautiful clear river is a delight ...
