"We got there to check in and went to the room, but the room was dirty— twice before the third time the person on duty went to the room to verify it was clean before he assigned the room to us. Sounded like he was on the phone with the manager to report the problem because they were unaware the rooms ..."

"I loved the resort. Specially our room was lakeview and could see the morning reflection. The room was just like regulart hotel room but I personally liked it for the lake. Overall its a nice quiet place to stay"
