"We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The room ( Suite) is very large and nicely set up. The bed is awesome! Loved looking out over the Lake. This place is a hidden gem, you will be happy you decided to stay here. The breakfast is just right and well stocked! There is a nice restaurant attached or you can go across the street for other great options. Close to all the lakes and mountains. Only positive things to say."

"We had 14 family members meeting for an annual getaway and it was perfect. Plenty of space, right on the lake, kayaks and canoes available. The kids found themselves down at the basement bar most nights, which was great for us older folk. Kitchen was very well appointed, everything you'd need was there which was a nice surprise based on some of the other rentals I've been to. We had a nor'easter plow through on our weekend but we just stayed in and played games. Communication with host was very easy, immediate responses to questions. Really a nice place to stay!"

"This was a lovely lake house. It seems like the house was set up wonderfully. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.We loved that the host had truly thought of everything. All the essentials were there. There was an extra grill tank in case it was needed which is quite rare at any rental property.The early check in was truly appreciated.Check in and check out was easy."

"Steve was very responsive and helped out right away when I was in desperate need of another pillow! Next time I might try for one of the cabins with a closed in porch, plenty of outdoor places to sit. Alton Bay is kind of a cool little place and minutes away with a good variety of restaurants and ice cream! Showers were clean, coffee bar was well supplied except for real sugar. We would recommend this place to others."

"Home was very nice, peaceful and quiet. There are nice little touches like a welcome sign, cooking pans were nice and kitchen well equipped, an induction stove, plenty of games and toys for kids, towels are soft and plentiful and baskets under beds for dirty laundry all of which made you feel at home. If anyone is interested the coffee pot is a Keurig which does a single k cup or a pot of coffee. The vrbo listing was a little off because we thought there were two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms but there were only 2 full bathrooms. Patti was very prompt in responding to my questions and pleasant to deal with. I would rent this home again!"

"We chose this home for our family to prepare for our son's wedding. lynn was amazing. Communication and kindness all the way. She helped with suggestions for hair and make up. The home was wonderful. I can't say enough. The place was beautiful. I felt like I was at home. The place was spotless. The kitchen well stocked. They thought of every detail. Ezra plus and phone chargers in every room. AC and fans in every room . The grand kids loved the bunks and the game room! And Gpa ( my husband) was found down there playing Pac-Man! I wasn't sure he was going to leave! We were busy with the rehearsal and wedding plans but I will be returning to really enjoy all the amenities the home has to offer. If I could give 10 stars I would. So very happy with the entire weekend!"

"This is an amazing property and Nick is a wonderful host. The only issue we had was running out of running water every day. We only got 2 showers a day and one load of laundry per day. Dinner dishes often had to wait until the next morning. There were 9 of us staying there for the week. So that was a bit of a challenge. Apparently they were having an issue with their well. But it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. That is the ONLY complaint we have and it was out of their control. If they fix the water issue, we would love to return!"

"This place was perfect for our group and one of the cleanest places we have rented. We came for nascar, so we didn’t get as much time in the place as we wanted, but we loved the moments we were there! Will definitely be going back sometime in the future!"
