Take it for what it is. A motel near the beach in downtown San Clamente. The motel is a bit run down but the people who worked there were really nice. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash (the containers were empty).

I was not expecting to see not a single soul during my entire stay. If I appreciate the simple check in process, it would have been nice to get a real person to talk to get the basic infos on the way around.
