They have a natural spring fed pool right on property extracting manitees to the pool overflow area. They have boat docks/parking for customers. If you have a kayak, can launch straight from the property parking lot. "

The property manager was available for any questions. Restaurants close by were good. Good dog friendly neighborhood. Close to the three sisters springs, hikes and not far from rainbow springs. "
