"Our stay at Kings Bay Lodge was wonderful! Chancie at Front Desk sent msg that our room was available for check in early which was perfect timing for us! Candy at Front Desk was also friendly and helpful during our stay! The property was a nostalgic old Florida motor lodge with an excellent location and beautiful water views! It was clean and well maintained inside and out and clearly renovated/updated after the hurricanes in ‘24. The room was spacious, clean, cool and smelled good right when you walked in. Good furniture and tastefully decorated. Clean Kitchette with all the basics and an ice cold full size fridge. Bed and lounge chairs were comfortable and it was pretty quiet during the week and so relaxing & peaceful. The natural springs pool was cool in many ways and the sunsets were amazing! It was a great location and walking distance or very close drive to many attractions or dining. We had a little issue with a few bugs (NOT bed bugs) first night but they must’ve been aware because a pest control company was there the next day to treat & it seemed to go away. We’re Floridians so we’re used to FL bugs so it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would much rather stay here than a boring chain hotel with no view or character any day! Absolutely loved it and we’re definitely planning to stay there again because it was so charming and all the good features won us over!!! ❤️⭐️😎"

"Good for the price and a few hours of sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and good pressure. The lady at check in was super nice and quick. The price was great. Only reason for 4 stars is a roach I encountered."

"Old Florida charm with modern amenities. House was clean and comfortable. Giant fridge with rain showers in 2 separate bathrooms. Nice open floor plan. Launched kayaks straight from floating dock. Paddled to 3 Sisters Springs for a morning dip in the cool waters. Location is terrific. Played cards on the covered porch at a big table with a fan overhead that kept us very comfortable in the late August weather."
