Upstairs 3/2 Condo with single car garage. Master bath with walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet.
Brand new King size mattress in Master with a private door to screened porch entry and a gorgeous view of the water. Extra bedroom 1 has a queen size new mattress with a view. Extra bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with double mattress and twin on top with full size closet.
Extra bath has a tub/shower combo.
Washer/dryer closet is conveniently right off of kitchen and extra bathroom.
Kitchen is a brand new remodel with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Entire space of kitchen has elevated countertop area for bar seating for 4 that overlooks the water through two sets of sliding glass doors. Dining room table can seat 4 or more.
Living room has a leather couch that pulls out for 2 more room to sleep if needed. Two sets of sliders let out to a spacious screened porch that allows for some amazing views of sunset! TV with Wifi available.
Ceiling fans throughout house with remote control capability.
